As many of you know, this past year has quickly become my favorite yet, as my husband and I welcomed our son into this world!
Returning to work has been a big transition – going from full-time to part-time – but life has a way of opening doors at just the right time. Early in my pregnancy, I started looking into office space, and just a couple of months ago I was fortunate enough to find the perfect spot.
I am now providing care out of the office of Amy Underwood at Health Elevated, located at 616 Main Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085. Amy works with women in our community through all stages of life, helping with pelvic floor concerns such as painful sex, urinary incontinence, prolapse, low back pain, and more. It truly feels like things have come full circle. Working with pregnancy is what originally drew me into massage therapy, and now – 14 years later – I’m working alongside someone who supported me during my own postpartum journey.
With this exciting change comes a small shift in my schedule. Fridays will now be my main day for in-office massage appointments. I will still offer in-home sessions on other days upon request, though availability will be more limited.
Along with this change, updated pricing will go into effect starting April 20th.
In-Office Massage:
- 60min – $115
- 90min – $150
In-Home Massage
- 60min – $160
- 90min – $195
Any appointments, packages, or gift certificates already scheduled for after April 20th will be honored at the current rate.
