What I Do

About Megan,

Megan McCanse is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is Board Certified Nationally. She received her Associates in Science and Health and Therapeutic Massage from Brown Mackie College in 2011 in South Bend, Indiana.

From 2011 to 2017 Megan worked for a chiropractor in South Bend where she saw many different body types, ranging from kids in gymnastics, people recovering from a hip or knee surgery, scoliosis, to those going through cancer. While there she had the opportunity to work with the University of Notre Dame and their Athletic Department, including but not limited to Football, Men and Women's Basketball, Tennis, and Lacrosse.

In addition to working with top level athletes, Megan’s massage therapy focuses on working with a variety of people including prenatal and children. She also works with other practitioners to collaborate for the health of their patients. With her extensive background, she is able to blend the best of various approaches, knowing when to use deep tissue, relaxation, sports, and therapeutic massage for better function and pain relief. She enjoys educating people on the importance and benefits of massage therapy, as well as small changes they can implement in their work and daily activities to help them feel and perform better.

Whether you need relief from stress, have a tight muscle, or want to get yourself ready for a race, all are welcome to receive a knowledgeable and healing massage.
